Also, it provides a landing point for casing wiper plugs, reinforces the lower end of the casing string, and ensures great accuracy of cement slurry displacement.

Hi Flow valves reduce fluid erosion and minimize pressure drop. Hi Flow valves are manufactured in two sizes: 70mm and 90mm. PDC drillable composite plastic materials are used for the valve components. Standard seal rated to 150°C with optional 204°C seal.

Valve body molded with fiber phenolic, 70MPa and 204°C seal. Spring purchased from Canada Victory Spring Company, phosphor bronze C510 material, high restoring force and drillable. Plunger seal top molded with HNBR, 70MPa and 204°C seal.
