TPCO TP-QR Surface Casing Used in PetroChina’s Guole 3C Well

TPCO reported in March 2023 that its 508 mm TP-QR surface casing was used in Guole 3C, a well in PetroChina’s Fuman Oilfield in the Tarim Basin, Xinjiang. The well completed drilling on March 9, 2023, reaching a total depth of 9,396 metres. [1]

The project provides a documented application reference for TP-QR in a major Chinese oilfield. The reported total well depth describes the drilling achievement; it is not the setting depth of the TP-QR surface casing.
